The AOE provides training, coaching and Community to passion driven, Women Entrepreneurs.  We empower women to leverage their natural brilliance into a lifestyle based online business.  Our approach is to bring our Members an integration of business design skills, mindsets and accountability to help them start and grow their online businesses.

 Like many entrepreneurs, I held some really great positions during my corporate career.  But I was never really happy.  I kept searching for the “perfect” job, the entire time, not realizing that I was just not the employee type! Corporate America stifled my creativity and having to conform simply drained my spirit.   Having to return to my management position just five short weeks after delivering my third child was a very painful experience.  It was either return to work or risk being demoted.  The pain was so great, that within three months after returning to work, I made the decision to take my power back and venture out on my own.  I was scared.  I faced a lot of criticism from my family and closest friends. Regardless, I pushed forward.   I was not sure of how it would work out… but I just knew that it would. In the years that have followed, I have had the amazing experience of living out my dreams.  Living life on my terms.  The most difficult part of my journey was putting all of the pieces together. So many things to learn and do, so many choices, so much confusion.  And so the AOE was conceptualized.  The AOE was birthed out of my own experiences and needs and from the experiences of the many women that  have crossed my path. 

The AOE’s vision is to empower women to use the Internet to evolve their passion, create wealth and deliberately design & manifest the life of their dreams.  We want to  help you put all of the pieces together…..  easily and effortlessly.  Our  high touch Entrepreneur Community represents accountability, support, mentorship,  knowledge, connections, empowering mindsets and so…much more!
